Our three-year plan was developed in order to create more engagement. It was crucial to our success. To further increase the average score, it is important to note positivity; positivity among the leaders, as with transformational leadership, is what makes it possible for engagement scores to increase. Positivity leads to preventing burnout. Burnout happens when leaders are working too quickly and not enough breaks occur. Positivity can lead to a more relaxed environment which is essential to prevent burnout. Not only does it help leaders, but it can also lead to better engagement scores from followers, as they will have a better relationship with their leaders.
