Participants. The participants are ten adult learners and five faculty members. Online adult students 18 years or older, formally enrolled in the EDCP 100-Principles and Strategies of Successful Learning course (EDCP100) and have been either successful or unsuccessful in the online education environment, rather than in traditional classrooms, with the local university in this study. Faculty members 18 years or older and, currently or formally taught EDCP100 Principles and Strategies of Successful Learning online with the local university in this study and, have taught at least two technology-based courses. Administrators 18 years older and work in a student services capacity with the local university in this study.
