Issues at hand include the following: Development of the land. The coast properties are owned by land developer companies. Specifically blocking the adding of 54 mega-mansions on coastal properties. Loss of coastal wildlife area. Loss of agricultural land.The developers own the land and say they have a legal right to develop it as they see fit. They plan on constructing 54 homes that average over 8000 sq ft and are motivated by financial gain.
