After completing my certification programs, I did some work as an independent contractor for friends and referrals to clients. Though I was a lower volume service provider initially, I was exposed to both data preservation and antivirus protocols within these jobs, and worked closely with clients and some small businesses, which sparked my interest in Microsoft protocols overall and how these systems interplay with one another and with other systems across the internet and beyond, as well as how they connect in both public and private settings.  This experience made me both very detail-oriented and process-focused simultaneously and helped me to understand how these factors come together holistically to generate a final ending process.

Lastly, in my current role with having completed these initial course offerings, I have been exposed to and learned the value of my hands-on experience in tandem with my educational training and background.  With a future goal of working in numerous areas including programming and technical support, the enhancement that this program could provide to me would be a tremendous asset in achieving those ends.  I could also share my knowledge with others through individual or group education when serving clients, both on a personal level and in corporate settings.  Harnessing tools such as applications and websites will also be crucial in achieving my goals as well as guiding my customers effectively.  Through managing my work and formulating a solid knowledge base for database and systems management, understanding troubleshooting methods, and implementing security protocols along with disaster plans for data preservation, I strive to be the best asset as possible for all those whom I would serve and work with, and a Master of Science degree in this field would ensure that I have the most practical and current familiarity with these topics and that I can correctly apply them as necessary.  Moreover, my work can help to streamline business functions, which can make my services a benefit since it would align corporate goals and tasks with necessary security and technological tools that would make information available to those who require it on an immediate and lasting basis.
