There is a number of theoretical approaches and management tools that can be used to support the effort of understanding the operation of organizations. The Human Relations Theory and Natural Systems perspective are two prominent sociological perspectives that provide insight into the complex issues that may impact how organizations function. The Partnership for Public Service functions in accordance with the assertions of both the Human Relations Theory and Natural Systems perspective. Through summation and review of each theory and reading discussed, the applicability of the aforementioned theories in relation to the PPS may be ascertained. Human Relations Theory relates to - Theoretical management focusing on the value of individuals within an organization and how meaningful relations and interactions may be beneficial.
